Lead by York University, McMaster University and NexJ Systems, the CHWP project is working on transforming Canada’s healthcare system to adopt a more people-centered approach to healthcare delivery focused on improved access to trusted health information via mobile devices, health coaching and technology advancements that sustain wellness.

A summary of the project’s first phase

This web site summarizes the accomplishments of the team during its first 3 years. Funded by $15 million from the federal government and $25 million from academic and private organizations, it was important to highlight the successes of the project and provide a venue for further collaborations.

Our job was to:

  • Work with the 19 partners to receive and organize appropriate content
  • Provide competitive and comparative analysis, audience analysis, site map and architecture
  • Write and edit heads, subheads, intro copy, meta information for SEO
  • Design and build the site in time for the pre-determined launch date
